This Episode | Background Information
This episode is a much MUCH shorter than usual interview, I usually cut the interviews weekly and when I glanced at the last part it had twenty minutes. Perfect for this last episode. Then I started cutting it and realized it was about 6 minutes of the interview and 14 minutes of us discussing future phone meetings. Well, in this episode Kanen and I discuss his work in films, in particular Wasting Away where he worked closely with the directors.
As I mentioned in the last part of the podcast Rochelle emailed me about the Creative Masters Series at NAB. Here’s the full pdf that lists all the Creative Masters series events. You can also check out the NAB site here.

The write up for the last eps. with Kanen:
I had the honour of interviewing Kanen Flowers, an interesting editor, author, coder and more! As part of his life in the editing community he runs the popular podcast That Post Show. If you haven’t had a chance to hear it, it is a round table discussion about what is currently going on in Post. I reached out to Kanen back in October to conduct an interview and have finally gotten to the cutting process. This is part one of my interview with Kanen, we’ll return next week with Mary-Jo and cutting Super 8.
Kanen was generous enough to have me on the show with editor and educator Norman Hollyn. I can’t say enough nice things about his work and show.
Here’s my round table with Norman Hollyn and Kanen Flowers.
