LOS ANGELES — The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has announced shortlists for nine categories for the upcoming 91st Oscars: Visual Effects, Documentary Feature, Documentary Short Subject, Foreign Language Film, Makeup and Hairstyling, Music (Original Score), Music (Original Song), Animated Short Film and Live Action Short Film.

Foundry has released Nuke 11.3, the next update to its line-up of compositing and editorial tools, extending the Live Groups system and adding support for eGPU units when working with Mac hardware.
