    Improve your RAW workflow

When working with Adobe Camera Raw or Photoshop Lightroom and RAW/DNG files, most people i have spoken to, edit the file using a standard layer within Photoshop, the standard Open Image from Camera RAW or the Edit in Photoshop from Lightroom will remove the ability to round trip back to the RAW/DNG for any further adjustments.

      Adobe Acquires Mettle’s Skybox Plug-ins for 360-

      June 21, 2017, 9:40 am
Brands, media, editors and consumers alike are experimenting with immersive media and are looking for better ways to create and edit in 360-degree video and virtual reality. Adobe has been investing significantly in this space, and today we’re advancing our roadmap with the acquisition of Skybox plug-ins from Mettle. By acquiring Mettle’s SkyBox plug-ins, we will integrate their functionality natively into Premiere Pro and After Effects, with the goal to make it available in the apps by...

Adobe and Mettle VR: 360 degrees better

      June 21, 2017, 9:40 am
Adobe is at the forefront of 360 and VR production. While our VR workflows take creators from capture to edit to output, our users have been relying on the SkyBox Suite of plug-ins from Mettle for VR transitions, titles, and effects. It made perfect sense for us to make these plug-ins available to our subscribers so that creators of 360/VR content will have a truly seamless, end-to-end workflow. “We believe that making virtual-reality content should be as easy as possible for creators. [#PremierePro25] Make The Cut: meeting with Timo H

      June 16, 2017, 5:36 am
On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Adobe Premiere Pro, we organised a unique contest together with world-renowned band Imagine Dragons. In the Make The Cut contest, filmmakers had the opportunity to edit the official video for the new Imagine Dragons single “Believer” using Premiere Pro CC. Filmmakers across the globe set to work en masse on the provided visual material, which resulted in over 9,000 submissions. From all these submissions, Dutchman Timo Hensen was selected as one...

What’s in a Font? How Fonts Can Define Your Desi

      June 11, 2017, 2:43 pm
You’ve been asked to design something. Maybe it’s a flyer advertising your company’s next seminar. Maybe it’s the invitations to your friend’s wedding. You know what you want the project to look like. You know what tone you want to convey, but for some reason your ideas aren’t coming across in the final design. If this sounds familiar, take a look at your fonts. What are fonts? If you’ve ever used a word processor, you probably have a basic understanding of what we mean by...

Rencont...

      May 30, 2017, 12:53 pm

Premiere Pro Make the Cut: The Big Reveal

      May 30, 2017, 4:08 am
Congratulations to the winners! We were inspired by all of the cuts, and it’s our pleasure to present the six music videos of Imagine Dragons’ “Believer” that wowed us most. It’s not often that a product can stay relevant enough to stand the march of time, but Premiere Pro has – 25 years and still going strong. To empower and inspire the global community that has supported us for the past quarter-century, Adobe set out to offer both professional and aspiring creatives a unique o...
