    ATTO Announces Express Power Center Update

    ATTO is pleased to announce the launch of Express Power Center for Windows and Mac OS. This new software offers RAID protection for both operating system platforms on one disk or web store download. It contains all the features of the previous Express Power Center (Windows) and ExpressStripe (Mac OS), including the Mac OS Disk Benchmark utility and updated icons and graphics for a more user-friendly feel.

      Each year, we greet the annual Oscar nomination reveal with excitement and perhaps just a touch of anxiety -- huddled around our computer screens, we hunker down to digest the list of nominees with cheers and the occasional furrowed brow, silently marveling at the depth of talent and scope of creativity demonstrated by the most recent crop of fantastic films and the creative professionals who made their production possible.

Often deemed the “Father of Montage,” Eisenstein’s filmography includes such influential works as Battleship Potemkin (1925), October: Ten Days That Shook the World (1928), and Alexander Nevsky (1938).

      VES Society Announces Nominees for 17th Annual VES

      (Los Angeles, CA--January 15, 2019) Today, the Visual Effects Society (VES), the industry’s professional global honorary society, announced the nominees for the 17th Annual VES Awards, the prestigious yearly celebration that recognizes outstanding visual effects artistry and innovation in film, animation, television, commercials and video games and the VFX supervisors, VFX producers and hands-on artists who bring this work to life. Avengers: Infinity War garners the most feature film nomination with six. Incredibles 2 is the top animated film contender with five nominations and Lost in Space leads the broadcast field with six nominations.
