Roushell Goldstein Roushell Goldstein was born and raised in Ottawa, Canada, received her BA from Carleton University, and immediately left Ottawa on her “Grand Tour” of Europe. Student submissions are now open for the 2016 CCE awards. Full time students enrolled in a film, television, or media program are eligible for submission by their instructors. Instructors are permitted to select up to two entires from their current program representing the best editing of their class. Deadline is April 2nd, 5pm EST
