Dalet Digital Media Systems made quite over the weekend by announcing that it had signed a definitive agreement with Advent Venture Partners to acquire AmberFin. The UK-based specialist in video ingest, complex media manipulation, transcoding and quality control (QC) solutions marks a key acquisition for Dalet, broadening its already significant media-asset–management (MAM) offerings and market share.
