Avid at heart of Sochi host broadcast workflow

Avid’s broadcast solutions have been selected by the host broadcaster to power the production workflow in Sochi. Avid technology will be utilized to manage the thousands of hours of sports content being captured at multiple sites during the event, and instantly make that content available to Rights Holding Broadcasters (RHBs) in Russia for multi-device delivery to viewers around the world.
