You can change the image displayed in the thumbnails in the Timeline. Here's how. To change the image displayed in the thumbnail, called the Poster Frame, use the Arrow tool to drag to the frame you want to use, press the Control key, and let go of the mouse. Poof! Instant new poster frame.
