Digisoft.tv the specialist middleware applications company is to launch its new CastOS framework at IBC. Aimed at the Telco market, the service simplifies and reduces the costs of any OTT/IPTVdeployment. The CastOS framework leverages existing consumer electronics by coupling them with the operators' smartphones. It takes the casting paradigm beyond basic video on demand services, delivering linear TV without the truck roll.
