If you ever have heavy effects or AE dynamic linking in your Premiere sequence, you might have to render some elements of your sequence for playback. There’s no reason not to use these renders for your final export, but for this, you need to make sure you’re not causing generational loss by rendering to an intermediate (inferior) codec, which will then be transcoded again when you’re mastering out.
