For those unfamiliar, FiLMiC Pro is a renowned under US$10 app for iOS (iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch) and now certain Android models that allows setting the desired framerate (instantly turning the device into a worldcam), locking focus & exposure, recording bitrate, proper 48 kHz and more.
