Is it ethically wrong that FCPTalent charges Fees?

Since we started this in 2007 most people (candidates and employers alike) have been happy with our unique model of charging candidates 10% of the first four weeks of their work with a new client. Occasionally though (very occasionally) we’ll get someone questioning the ethics of charging candidates a fee for having worked a job Matched through the FCP Talent Registry. And you know what? I get it. Charging freelancers for the privilege of working a job? On the face of it that sounds outrageous...
