merge ALE metadata with a tape name of 32 characte

32 character tape names and Avid Media Composer. I test out metadata merging to metadata and metadata relinking to essence. The Avid Media Toolkit is very interesting because so far from what I have seen these mxf media files can have embedded tape name metadata.
