Today, Plugable announced its new NVMe external SSDs with Thunderbolt 3 connectivity and speed. It will be available in a 1 TB for US$299 and a 2 TB for US$499. The Plugable company targets the device for film producers and videographers. It uses the following key words to describe it: small, portable, and extremely fast. Yes, it is bus-powered.
