Premiere Pro – Using Replace Edit

The Replace Edit is a powerful type of Edit, that uses the playheads instead of In & Outs in the Source Window. It looks at the playhead in the Source window, and the playhead in the Program window to create the edit. I use it often when I want a video clip to "happen" on a particular beat or sound.
