two for one reconform tapeless workflow

calibrate the workflow to find if instant round-trip of the codec wrapper combo is compatible and any clips that passed the test can reconform, 2 for 1 workflow. I have been using the workflow to tech an Avid online reconform, and/ or clearly see why a clip is not relinking.
