2016 holiday support changes

We wanted to notify customers in advance of some temporary changes to support over the holidays. November 21st-January 2017 (not sure of the exact date) - Phone support will be unavailable. This should impact only a few customers as the majority of our interactions are over email but we would recommend those customers email us instead during those dates.
