In case you didn't know, Avid is back on the The NASDAQ Stock Market. Just to remind you, almost one year ago, NASDAQ suspended trading of Avid and you could buy and sell shares only on OTC Markets. It was an expected move because the company was no longer in compliance with NASDAQ rules and Avid stated that its audited consolidated financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2011, 2010 and 2009 should no longer be relied upon because of accounting errors.
