Once a new editor has learned the basics of editing video, there are a handful of tools that they should learn as they advance their skills. Oftentimes simple to grasp tools get left behind in favor of more flashy effects and filters. Today I want to talk about a couple of easy tools that will improve the overall polish of your video: the vectorscope and waveform monitor.
