Import keyboard settings into Premiere Pro CC

First thing I did when I installed Premiere Pro CC is check my keyboard settings. I hoped Adobe had taken an extra step to automatically import (or enable an import feature) my keyboard settings from CS6. Nope. The lazy programming continues.
