Intel Reaches 1.5TB On New Optane SSD

Intel has been steadily working to increase the storage capacity of their Optane (3D XPoint) line of SSDs. Like the rest of their Optane line, the new drives are blisteringly fast with read/write latencies under eleven microseconds. Most recently, they released 905p models in both Half Height Half Length (HHHL) Add-in-Card format and 2.5 x 15mm, Small Form Factor U.2.
