Each year, the day before the Academy Awards, the ACE Foundation invites editors and post production professionals to meet with the Oscar contenders to view clips and discuss the challenges, techniques, and technology involved in each nominee film. It is held at the Hollywood Egyptian Theater and has attracted a standing room only crowd of more than 600 for the past seven years.
