Logic Pro X dialog box refers to something FCPX do

So after downloading the new Logic Pro X I attempted to send a project from FCPX using XML. The Result? A complete mess. There is no functionality for roles, the clips were incorrectly positioned and the analysis of files took a *long* time. It also seemed to be analysing files that were part of my (sizable) FCPX Event, but were not part of my project.
