Music is so Loud when brought into Avid, Why?

There are actually (and thankfully) two ways to do this! Before you import the clips, go to the Import Settings in the Project window.  On the Audio Tab, enable the Apply attenuation/gain effect on import and type in a decibel level to apply to all imported clips.   Make sure you type a minus sign before...
