Lot of folks are shooting with DSLR's and other tapeless cameras these days that shoot true slow motion at 60fps. When you import the clip into Premiere, it will playback at normal speed. Select the clip in the Project, right click and select Modify-Interpret Footage. (if this is grayed out the clip is used in a Sequence, and you need to remove it from the sequence).
