Previous Project Defaults for CS6

I upgraded a project from CS 5.5 to 6. I noticed the window layout was the 5.5 layout , and not the CS 6 layout. So I clicked on the Workspace Pulldown/Menu, and "Import Workspace from Projects" is checked. By Default it is loading the previous CS 5.5 workspace.
