Previous Project Defaults in Premiere Pro CS6

I upgraded a project from 5.5 to 6. I noticed the window layout was the 5.5 layout , and not the CS 6 layout. Click on the Workspace Pulldown/Menu, and you will see "Import Workspace form Projects" is checked. By Default it is loading the previous CS 5.5 workspace...
