This tutorial goes a bit more in depth on proxy settings and how you can customize proxies to work with your edit system. I would recommend watching the round trip video first. I received a lot of questions about how to create proxy files for specific edit systems, so this is an attempt to point you in the right direction. - Jesse Borkowski.
